Shipping and logistics

We move shipments.

Domestic and international freight. FTL, LTL, expedite, high-care. Live track on the box. We are also the desk that will move a data center or a mining farm — work most carriers will not touch.

01 / What moves

The book of work.

Specialty: data-center relocations and crypto-mining operations. Same desk still handles a pallet or a dedicated truck — with a chain of custody that survives a live hall.

00

Data centers and mining ops

Racks, miners, GPUs, PDUs, and the power gear that cannot sit on a common dock. Maintenance-window pickups. Sealed, watched, appointed into a live hall. SDO on the yard. MAA on the receiving site when the dock has to be wired.

01

Full and less-than

Dedicated iron when the cube is yours. Consolidation when it is not. Vetted carriers. A POD that is not a rumor.

02

Expedite

Team drivers and a clock you can put on a production meeting. Plant down. Show opens. Hall waiting on a crate.

03

Across the line

Local to international without the file going quiet at customs. Papers travel with the freight.

04

High-value / high-care

Insured. Sealed. Dual control when you want it. The kind of cargo that gets followed — electronics, fixtures, evidence, integration kit.

05

Yard, hold, last mile

Cross-dock, appointment, last hundred yards onto a campus. The dock is part of the lane, not an afterthought.

06

Track the box

Position, load sense, driver check, route math. Exceptions before the customer writes. When SDO is on the file, a person sees the gate — not only a pin.

02 / Alliance

Three names on the file.

The lane is useless if the yard is blind and the trailer is unwatched. That is why the other two shops are on the paperwork.

Tactical Transports

The lane

Carriers, drivers, routing, insurance, appointments, seals, PODs. Origin to destination.

Sheep Dog One

The watch

24/7 AI plus vetted operators on yards, gates, and high-value loads in motion. Talk-down. Verified response.

M. Alan Associates, LLC

The plant

Cameras, access, network, site work. The receiving dock and the data hall are not a dark hole at 2 a.m.

How the file is split

03 / Before pickup

Questions that decide the rate.

Who is on the iron. Who sees the track. What the policy covers. What happens if the seal is wrong. Whether the receiving site has a working camera. We settle that in writing — not after a claim.

Send origin and dest

04 / Before you tender

What people ask the desk.

Straight answers. If a number belongs on a certificate, it is not invented here — ask dispatch and they send the paper.

Q

Do you move data centers and mining farms?

Yes — that is a specialty. Hall-to-hall, row pulls, and miner/GPU crates. Tight windows. Sealed high-care. We coordinate the receiving dock so hash and compute are not sitting in a parking lot. SDO watches the move when you want eyes. MAA wires the site when the dock is the risk.

Q

What do you need for a rate?

Origin and destination (city, state, zip). Pickup date and whether it is appointment or FCFS. Pieces, weight, dimensions. Class if you have it. Freight description. Accessorials: liftgate, inside, residential, limited access, hazmat. If it is high-value, declared value and whether you want SDO on the watch.

Q

Are you the truck or the desk?

We run the file. Iron is a mix of dedicated and rigorously vetted partners. You get one POD and one throat to choke — not a chain of names you never met.

Q

How do I see the load?

Live position and exception texts. Load sensors when the commodity warrants it. If the file is marked watched, Sheep Dog One has a person on the gate and the trailer, not only a pin on a map.

Q

What does insurance actually cover?

Cargo coverage rides with the move. High-value needs a declared value on the rate request or the policy will not match the crate. Ask for the certificate before pickup — do not wait for a claim.

Q

What if the seal is wrong or the truck is late?

Dispatch gets the exception first. You get the call before your customer writes. Wrong seal or a yard event on a watched load goes to an SDO operator: talk-down if that ends it, clip and notes if it does not.

Q

Do you handle the last hundred yards?

Yes — appointment, limited access, campus, data hall. If the dock is blind, M. Alan Associates can put cameras and access on it so delivery is not the weak point.

Q

Cross-border?

Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, and whoever is importer of record need to be on the file before the line. The track does not go dark at customs.

Q

How fast is a quote?

Complete packet, same-day rate on standard lanes. Expedite and odd-dimension or high-value may take a second look. Incomplete packets wait.
